A 20% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking (unless otherwise stated by a member of staff) deposit can be paid in cash, bank transfer, or cheque (details on request) all deposits taken at time of booking are non-refundable.
Refundable deposits - a small refundable deposit Is required when hiring our Candy Ferris Wheel, Wishing Tree, and Post Box, full deposit will be refunded on collection of item regarding it is in the same condition as when delivered.
Total payment is to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the event.
Bookings made with less than 4 weeks notice will required full payment at time of booking. Unless otherwise stated.
Hire is for a 24hour period unless otherwise stated at time of booking.
It is the sole responsibility of the hirer that all items are returned in full. If hired items are missing or damaged, the hirer must pay the relevant fees in full without question. Hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value, no substitute item will be accepted.
Linen may be returned soiled. Any permanent stains or damages to our linen will required a replacement charge.
Magic Moment Eventz shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from goods under hire.
All our prices include delivery, set up and collection. Venues more than 25 miles of SR2 will incur a small fee to cover fuel.
